I’m glad you are considering addressing the things that are hurting, confusing or limiting you. There is such joy that can be yours as you courageously face your fears, find safety, healing and hope which can transform your life.   It can be scary to face these things. I truly believe and know there is hope and healing because of the many people whose lives have been transformed as I’ve been honored to watch them change through the process of therapy.
